I think it all comes down to how the deal with Fox was written up. From what I read. Frank is listed and recognized on all the legal docs as owner. The money used to buy the team was his, not hers. That gives him ownership. The kicker is that under Ca law. She is entitled to what ever the value the team is worth now over the orig purchase price. She is now entitled to half its current value.
