I think it's time to admit there is a problem. I'm OK, Padilla is OK, but evidently Chad Billingsley is not. My observation of Chad seems to be a bad case of Norunsupportfrinia. I'll have to look at his charts to confirm my diagnosis, but my gut tells me that's what seems to be ailing the young righthander.
