DODGER FANS CRIED  MORE  MORE  MORE.  Not since the Second Battle of Bull Run, has the northern Virginia area seen such a rout by a group of people wearing gray uniforms, and led by a man with a great beard.

The Dodgers crushed the lowly Nationals 14 - 2. in the first game of their last road trip. Dodgers pitching led by Hiroki Kuroda and Clayton Kershaw showed no signs of their former injuries. Kershaw looked every bit like the dominating pitcher he can be when he throws strikes. His fast ball looked like it was fired from a cannon and it had the same effect as a cannonball when it exploded at the plate.
